Maple processing equipment sized for 20,000 taps includes CDL Deluxe oil fired 4'x 15' evaporator plus wash system for front and rear pans with preheater, H2O 9 post, 2 turbine reverse osmosis system 5400 gallon per hour capacity, 2 high vacuum pumps, 26,000 gallon sap storage, CDL monitoring system, 2700 gallon sap transport tank, and 15 inch D&G long bank filter press. Detailed equipment list to be provided to Purchaser with Purchase and Sale contract. Power and telephone easements will be included. Seller currently maintains 7,500 tap sugar woods and purchases sap from four other off-site locations for the equivalent of 20,000 taps. Perimeter of 190+ acres was surveyed by Frederick Reed, 1977. Survey cost of the line separating this area from the Seller's retained acreage will be shared on a 50/50 cost basis.
